Such communities enable the partners to experience a process of constant learning and research that should lead to their professional development. The model invites ways to link the academic culture of the training institution and the culture of teaching and educational work in schools.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">As part of the training of teachers according to the PDS model, student teachers come to school one day a week with a coordinator and experience\u00a0 different areas of activity of the school &#8211; teaching in the discipline, individualized instruction with students, taking part in various school activities, active participation in the school projects, meeting with officials and others.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">The broad experience is made possible by a partnership that exists between the academic institution and the
