Natan Company, working in collaboration with the Dean of Students at the University of Haifa,

provides a solution for students dealing with mental and emotional difficulties eligible for the Rehabilitation Basket (Ministry of Health) –

is recruiting academic mentors for the 2015 academic year.

What does the work in academic mentoring include?

• Individual, frontal guidance of students that includes support in academic, social, emotional and systemic aspects
• Work with social meaning, satisfaction and challenge
• Opportunity to develop in the world of mental health rehabilitation
• Work Flexible hours, hourly wage, travel reimbursement and social conditions
• Individual and group professional guidance
• A recommendation for a master’s degree can be received*

What are the requirements for the position?

• Second-year undergraduate students or above, or advanced degree holders
• With personal maturity, mental flexibility, responsibility, sensitivity and empathy
• With excellent academic and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the field of guidance and mentoring in general and in mental health in particular – an advantage
• Commitment to at least one year of work (12 months)
